We plan, book and coordinate all aspects of your trip, and that means: hotel/resort accommodation; meals; ground transportation; activities and tours. The goal is to create the trip that you want.
How we plan
First, we take the time to really listen to what you tell us that you want to see, do and experience, and where and where. After our initial conversation, we will follow up with our booking questionnaire.
Next, working with our partners, we design and create a detailed day-to-day itinerary for you to review and approve. Once you approve your itinerary, we can get to work on the bookings on your behalf.
Our Fee
Our fee payment structure is simple. We charge by the hour. The amount of time it takes to plan a trip is dependent on several factors including, group size, what the group wants to experience, and length and complexity of the trip. On average, it takes a minimum of 30 – 40 hours to plan a 10 – 14 day trip. Our travel planning service also includes country background notes, cultural information and other information you can use, as well as greetings and phrases.
